The recognized modes of Alternative Dispute Resolution, viz., Arbitration, Mediation, and conciliation, have proven benefits due to reduced costs, efficient resolution, and flexible rules and procedures. The Act also provides for institutional Arbitration, which has facilitated and supported the ease of doing business by big corporates.
